Every new operator completes Capital City University: a 14-day intensive cohort covering BuilderLync configuration, Sierra AI activation, retail and storm sales, the CCR Production Standard, manufacturer credentialing pathways, and market launch. Completion is required before full market activation.
After the cohort
Operators have ongoing access to the Operator Playbook (116+ SOPs across 8 categories), continuous learning modules, and quarterly cohort refreshers through the partner portal.
Partners have access to multiple support channels for operations, compliance, technology, and training questions. CCR ops triages every ticket within one business day.
