Our story

Built by operators,
for operators.

We saw firsthand the flaws of the roofing franchise model. So we built the alternative, on the roofs of Atlanta, in the living rooms of homeowners, and in the back office where most operators get crushed.

Philosophy

Excellence in roofing,
powered by innovation and integrity.

Capital City Roofing was not built in a corporate boardroom by private equity. It was forged on the roofs and in the living rooms of Atlanta homeowners. After years running a high-performing roofing operation that hit $10M+ in 18 months, we recognized that the hardest part of scaling is not selling, it is the back office.

We centralized production, estimating, and supplements. We white-labeled BuilderLync as Capital City Portal so operators have one workspace for CRM, jobs, estimating, automations, payments, and books. Active CCR licensees in Nashville, Charleston, and Greenville are now running the same playbook, and we are sharing this exact blueprint with qualified operators across the country.

01

Integrity

We do what we say we will do, every single time.

02

Excellence

Good is the enemy of great. We demand excellence.

03

Partnership

Your success is our success. Period.

04

Innovation

If there is a faster, smarter way to run a roofing company, we build it.

Milestones

Four years from
home market to platform.

  1. 2024

    Step 01

    Capital City Roofing founded

CCR launches in Alpharetta, GA. The home market hits $10M+ in 18 months by combining operational discipline, AI-driven inbound, BuilderLync, and the standards that would later become the CCR Production Standard.

  2. 2025

    Step 02

    First CCR licensee, Nashville

CCR Nashville onboards as the first independent CCR licensee. The same playbook the home market built deploys in a different state with different storm dynamics, validating that the model travels.

  3. 2026

    Step 03

Second and third licensees + Southeast expansion

CCR Charleston and CCR Greenville onboard as active licensees in South Carolina. CCR opens applications to qualified operators across six Southeast states (GA, FL, TX, NC, TN, SC). Three licensees in two states proves the operating system holds up outside the home market.

  4. 2027

    Step 04

    Nationwide expansion (planned)

CCR is positioned for disciplined nationwide expansion of the licensing platform. Pace is set by operator quality, manufacturer pathway availability, and CCR ops bandwidth so unit economics stay strong for every operator in the network.
